Refund and Returns Policy

Our return policy only applies to orders from www.paxauris.com. If you ordered from another platform or vendor, please contact them for return information. 

We think you will love our product and we are willing to give you 90 days to decide. Which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a refund for any reason, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • You must make your refund request within ninety (90) calendar days of the item’s delivery (this will be based on the tracking information on the order).
  • We will only refund product costs; shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All original items and packaging must be in transit, according to tracking information, back to Paxauris’s location within five (5) calendar days from when you receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation number from Paxauris.
  • We will deduct the cost of return shipping we incur from any refund.

What do we need?

You must contact us before returning any item. We will not refund any package returned to us that does not have a Paxauris issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package. An RMA number may be obtained by emailing support@paxauris.com.au.  Please provide the order number and the reason why the product didn’t work out for you, or what we can do to improve it.

Refund

If your return is accepted, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed, and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order is refunded and your order qualified for free shipping we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
