Kickstarter Alternate-Size Purchase Offer

Proper fit is important for comfort and performance. If you are unsure whether another size may provide a better or more comfortable fit, Paxauris offers a one-time discounted alternate size purchase option.

Eligible Kickstarter backers may purchase additional pair(s) in the alternate size for $29 USD per pair, subject to the conditions below.

How to Request Access

To access the discounted alternate-size offer, Kickstarter backers must complete the Alternate Size Request Form, which will be available from 1 April 2026.

Please provide:

  • Your Kickstarter order number

  • The email address used for your Kickstarter pledge

  • Why you think the alternate size would be of benefit

  • The number of alternate-size pairs requested

Paxauris will verify eligibility and, if approved, provide a unique discount code.

Access to the discounted purchase option is granted only after verification.

Conditions

  • Requests must be submitted by the later of 30 April 2026 or within thirty (30) calendar days of confirmed delivery (based on carrier tracking records).

  • Backers may purchase up to the same number of alternate-size pairs as the number of Fluid™ earplug pairs originally purchased during the Kickstarter campaign.

  • The discounted offer is limited to one approved transaction per eligible backer.

  • Discount codes will have an expiration date and are non-transferable.

  • Subject to product availability.

  • Shipping charges, duties, and taxes (if applicable) will be calculated and payable at checkout.

Fulfillment Priority

Kickstarter reward fulfillment is our top priority. Alternate-size purchases will typically ship after Kickstarter rewards for your region have been dispatched.

Because regulatory approvals and logistics timelines can vary by country, shipping order may differ between regions.
