Terms & Conditions — “Show Us Your Quiet” Video Campaign

These Terms & Conditions govern the “Show Us Your Quiet” video submission campaign run by Paxauris. They explain who can take part, how to submit a video, the rewards available, and how Paxauris may use submitted content.

By submitting a video, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Content Usage Release below. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@paxauris.com before submitting.

1. Sponsor

This promotion is conducted by Paxauris Inc., Phoenix, Arizona, USA.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible, an entrant must satisfy all of the following requirements:

  • be a legal resident of the United States;
  • be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; and
  • have received genuine Fluid™ earplugs directly from Paxauris, including as a Kickstarter backer or through an authorised Paxauris sales channel.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Paxauris may participate but are not eligible to receive rewards.

3. Promotion structure

This promotion consists of two separate reward opportunities:

Guaranteed Thank-You Reward

The first thirty (30) entrants to submit a usable video, in the order usable submissions are received, will each receive one (1) pair of Fluid™ earplugs.

The Quiet Few

After the submission period closes, Paxauris will select up to ten (10) submissions from all eligible entries for inclusion in The Quiet Few. Selection is based on the criteria described in these Terms and is independent of whether the entrant received a Guaranteed Thank-You Reward.

Each selected entrant will receive one (1) pair of Fluid™ earplugs and one (1) moisture management kit consisting of a premium storage tin and moisture gel sachets.

An entrant may qualify for both reward opportunities and, if so, will receive the rewards associated with each.

4. Submission period

The promotion opens on 8 July 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm (US Pacific Time) on Friday, 24 July 2026.

Submissions received after this time will not be eligible.

5. How to enter

To enter:

  • upload one (1) original video using the official submission page;
  • complete the required information (including your name, email address and state); and
  • agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Content Usage Release.

Only one submission is permitted per person.

6. Usable submissions

A submission is considered usable if, in Paxauris’ reasonable discretion, it:

  • is the entrant’s own original video;
  • clearly features or relates to genuine Fluid™ earplugs;
  • can be reasonably viewed and heard;
  • complies with these Terms; and
  • follows the Content Guidelines below.

Paxauris is not judging production quality. Honest, genuine videos are encouraged over professionally produced content.

Paxauris may reject or disqualify submissions that are, for example:

  • blank, corrupt or incomplete;
  • duplicates;
  • technically unusable;
  • not the entrant’s own work;
  • offensive, unlawful or misleading;
  • unsafe;
  • inconsistent with these Terms; or
  • otherwise unsuitable for use in Paxauris marketing.

The determination of whether a submission is usable is made by Paxauris in its reasonable discretion.

Paxauris will review submissions after they are received to determine whether they meet these Terms and qualify as a usable submission.

7. Rewards

Guaranteed Thank-You Reward

Following review, the first thirty (30) submissions determined by Paxauris to be usable, in the order they were received, will each receive one (1) pair of Fluid earplugs.

The Quiet Few

After the submission period closes, Paxauris will select up to ten (10) submissions based on factors including:

  • authenticity;
  • storytelling;
  • originality;
  • suitability for marketing; and
  • clarity of audio and video.

The examples provided throughout the campaign are intended as inspiration only and do not guarantee selection.

Each selected entrant will receive:

  • one (1) pair of Fluid™ earplugs; and
  • one (1) moisture management kit consisting of a premium storage tin and moisture gel sachets.

Entrants may qualify for both reward opportunities.

Rewards are:

  • non-transferable;
  • not redeemable for cash; and
  • subject to availability.

8. Content Guidelines

Submissions must not:

  • make medical, health or hearing-loss claims;
  • include individuals who have not consented to appearing in the video;
  • contain copyrighted music, images or footage without permission;
  • include unlawful, offensive, defamatory or inappropriate content; or
  • encourage unsafe use of Fluid™ earplugs.

Paxauris reserves the right to reject any submission that does not comply with these guidelines.

9. Content Usage Release

By submitting a video, the entrant grants Paxauris a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to:

  • use;
  • reproduce;
  • edit;
  • crop;
  • resize;
  • subtitle;
  • caption;
  • translate;
  • adapt;
  • create derivative works from;
  • combine with other material;
  • publish;
  • display; and
  • distribute

the submitted video, together with the entrant’s name, image, voice and likeness, in connection with Paxauris products, marketing, advertising, promotional activities and social media, in any media now known or developed in the future.

No further compensation will be payable beyond any reward provided under this promotion.

Paxauris is under no obligation to publish or use any submitted video.

10. Entrant warranties

By submitting a video, the entrant confirms that:

  • the submission is their own original work;
  • they own or have permission to use all content included in the video;
  • the submission does not infringe the copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights of any third party;
  • everyone appearing in the video has agreed to both appear in the submission and to its commercial use by Paxauris; and
  • the information provided as part of the entry is accurate.

Paxauris reserves the right to verify eligibility and the authenticity of submissions and may request additional information where reasonably necessary.

11. Advertising disclosure

Entrants acknowledge that if Paxauris uses a submitted video in advertising or promotional material, Paxauris may include disclosures indicating the entrant received promotional product or another material benefit where required by applicable law.

12. Notification and fulfilment

Guaranteed Thank-You Reward recipients will be notified by email after Paxauris has reviewed their submission and confirmed that it qualifies as one of the first thirty (30) usable submissions.

The Quiet Few recipients will be notified after the submission period has closed and the selection process has been completed.

Paxauris will ship rewards to eligible recipients within the United States using its standard shipping methods. Paxauris will bear the cost of standard shipping and any applicable sales taxes associated with fulfilling the rewards.

Paxauris is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this promotion (including your name, email address, state or country, and submitted video) will be used to administer the promotion, communicate with entrants, fulfil rewards and manage content submissions.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Paxauris Privacy Policy.

14. Changes, suspension and cancellation

If circumstances outside Paxauris’ reasonable control prevent the promotion from operating as intended, including technical failures, fraud, legal requirements or other unforeseen events, Paxauris may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary.

15. Governing law

This promotion is void where prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States of America.
